Despite his considerable culinary skills with both the microwave and Mr Coffee, John thought it best for Dave to host his "pre-rehearsal dinner" dinner at Royal Oak. Everyone was reasonably well-behaved. At the right, John is shown discreetly adding a $200 waitress tip to Dave's bill.
