John's Recent PR Offensive

Somebody must have declared June as "Let's Hear It for John O'Toole" month.

He got his picture in the Cincinnati Post-  in color.
And one of his associates at work wrote a really nice piece about him.
John must be doing something right.

A Tribute to John O’Toole, Owner, O’Toole & Associates

I can honestly say that it is a joy for me to wake up each morning and go to work at O’Toole & Associates. Five years ago John attended Basic and IPI and initiated a dream that all of his employees would do the same. Last week at May Basic Celebration his dream came true. John has now sponsored me, Barbara Shaw, Debbie Chin, Lisa McSwain and Cindy Kuhn through Basic. John, Barb, and I have done IPI and there is a good possibility that Lisa, Cindy and Debbie will do the same. How unique it is that all of this has happened and continues to happen.

It is a real tribute to work for a boss who pays us more than a salary and cares enough about us to want our personal growth to be part of the package. At O’Toole & Associates we have fun at what we do, laugh often and downsize stress as much as possible. We have no hierarchies. When I make a sales call, John tells me to have fun. Most CEO’s would say just make the sale.

All of us at O’Toole & Associates are grateful for John. He is a loving, caring and compassionate man. I hope that everyone will meet him sometime. So thanks, John, and thank you, Life Success, for making our lives better as people, and, of course, thank you for our paychecks.
